The due date for all registration is November 6th, 2026

The registration process includes:

• The Form accessed through the QR Code on the flyer

• The Excel sheet for student and chaperone information

  • Both are due on November 6th

  • The Excel sheet will be at the end of the form

We will contact you later for payment

Below are template registration forms / poster, please make a copy if needed

• Poster (Canva)

• Form (Microsoft Form)
