All pairings will be generated by ChessManager.com and will be final.
The clock must be operated using the same hand used to move the piece
A player who is late by more than 5 minutes after the round start is assumed to have forfeited the game, unless excused by the Chief Arbiter.
If a player intentionally touches a piece and the piece has a legal move, the player must move the piece.
If a player touches an opponent's piece, they must capture it if legal.
An illegal move is counted once a player has pressed their clock, one minute will be awarded to the opponent if caught.
All electronic devices must not be brought into the playing area, violations will result in an automatic loss for that round.
During disputes, stop the clock and raise your hand until an Arbiter comes. Do not alter the position on the board.
All decisions made by the Chief Arbiter are final.
